This is a specialized form of massage therapy focuses on addressing tension and dysfunction in the muscles surrounding the temporomandibular joint inside/outside the mouth. The tension is due from grinding your teeth or clenching. The primary goal is to increase comfort during eating, talking, reduces inflammation, and improve jaw mobility. Our therapist will be wearing gloves.

We all need it! but let's face it we become lazy, let us help you get back on track. Focus on each muscle group; however, remember we specialize on tailoring to your needs; therefore, we will tailor the stretch session.
**For Add-ons 10-15minutes is spent providing the desire add-on**
CUPPING THERAPY
Is a bodywork technique that uses suction to create a degree of negative pressure in the join cavities and lymphatic system. By creating negative pressure while manipulating the soft tissue, cupping helps reps ease rigid tissue, toxins of the body, loosen adhesions, and lifts connective tissue to allow better blood flow to the skin and muscles. The cups are placed on for 5-10minutes maximum. (Recommended: Restricted muscles and fascia)
SCRAPING/GUA SHA
Specific tools that are used on tight muscles or adhesions to bring new blood flow to the area and facilitate healing. It is highly successful in the treatment of fascia and muscle restrictions. (Not Recommended: clients on Aspirin)
MLD Facial
Manual Lymphatic to the face, highly suggested if you suffer from puffy eyes or face, bags underneath eyes, bloated, post wisdom teeth abstraction and any fascial reconstruction ; however, a dedicated session to the face is ideal and that will be considered a MLD + Pump session.
Scalp Massage
Headaches? did you know we actually have muscles that run up to our skull? add a scalp massage to get the complete treat for a neck and head massage.
