As of October 20, 2024, a non-refundable $50 deposit is required for all services. The deposit goes towards the final cost of your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give a minimum of 48 hours notice to avoid losing your deposit.
Cancellation Policy
We require minimum 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment. If you cancel after 48 hours has passed, you will be required to pay every future service in full before booking a new appointment, it will be a non-refundable transaction.
Rescheduling Policy
We require minimum 48 hours notice to reschedule your appointment. Every client is allotted 1 reschedule free-be in a calendar year. The following reschedules you will be required to pay a new deposit, it will be a non-refundable transaction.
No call/ no shows
No call/no shows will also be required to pay every future service in full before being allowed to book again, it will be a non-refundable transaction. After two no call/no shows, clients will no longer be allowed to book with YourTimeMassage.
Cancellations and rescheduling must be made via text or phone
Please note: There may be a delay in response time as we may be tending to other clients, but we will do our best to ensure that you receive a response in a timely manner. The best times to reach us are:
Monday-Friday: 5 PM-8 PM
Saturday-Sunday: 8 AM-6 PM

Loyalty Cards
Loyalty cards cannot be combine with any promos. Please note that loyalty car punches must be made at the time of service. Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply punches for services that have already been completely.
Gift Cards
Gift cards have to be used within the 12months of purchased date. Treat this card like cash. It is not redeemable or refundable for cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Card must be presented at time of service. Gift cards cannot be combine with any promos.
